Peshawar: Election Tribunal has suspended National Assembly membership of PTI MNA Qaiser Jamal from NA-47 Tribal Areas, say media reports.
Qaiser Jamal’s seat was challenged by independent candidate Abid Rahman, who had alleged rigging in NA-47 Tribal Areas.
The petition was heard by Justice Yahya Zahid Gilan of Election Tribunal, how suspended Qaiser Jamal’s NA membership, and ordered repolling in the said constituency.
